Life insurance company is looking for 3-5 customer service representatives to join our remote team of independent contractors. This person will drive customer satisfaction by making calls, booking appointments and doing general administration.


The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset and aims to deliver high-quality service in every customer interaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Maniging outbound customer communications - After appointment communication via emails.
  • Making outbound calls and setting appointments in booking systems.
  • Maintain working product knowledge - Ensure information given to customers is accurate, up-to-date and strategic.

Requirements:

  • Must be a USA citizen or Green card holder
  • Have a clean background.
  • Experience in call centre work is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be fluent in English.
  • Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude.
  • Passion for delighting customers with above and beyond service.
  • Excellent time-management and prioritization skills.
