Caller and appointment setter
Life insurance company is looking for 3-5 customer service representatives to join our remote team of independent contractors. This person will drive customer satisfaction by making calls, booking appointments and doing general administration.
The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset and aims to deliver high-quality service in every customer interaction.
Responsibilities:
- Maniging outbound customer communications - After appointment communication via emails.
- Making outbound calls and setting appointments in booking systems.
- Maintain working product knowledge - Ensure information given to customers is accurate, up-to-date and strategic.
Requirements:
- Must be a USA citizen or Green card holder
- Have a clean background.
- Experience in call centre work is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be fluent in English.
- Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude.
- Passion for delighting customers with above and beyond service.
- Excellent time-management and prioritization skills.
